Garnock Valley Karate Club

GARNOCK VALLEY KARATE CLUB has been established for over 40 years. Over the years the club has gone from strength to strength and are very proud to have success at Scottish and International events with club members. Our instructors are fully qualified and registered with the Scottish Karate Governing Body, and sanctioned by Sports Scotland.Our classes offer training in all aspects of Shotokan Karate...Kata, Kumite and the grading syllabus, we are open to all men, woman, boys and girls (6 years and over). We have well mixed classes including seniors and juniors of all grades, our members are friendly and willing to give support and guidance...as we all remember and are aware of how it feels to be a beginner.
