Oh Kami Karate Club

In May 2007 Oh Kami Karate Club achieved another level of clubmark status, having been the first karate club, & only one of nine sports clubs, in Glasgow to receive the first awards of the city's "stamp of approval" with the Clubmark accreditation scheme award in 2006. And again it was the first sport club in Glasgow to be recognised with this further award in 2007. The scheme was set up by the council, who want to ensure parents choose a well run, fully accredited club, with required procedures & policies including child protection putting children first.
